I was born in Istanbul, where Europe nearly touches Asia, and I was reborn in Paris, where I currently reside. With over 20 years of marketing experience, primarily in creative roles, I experienced an exciting journey that has shaped my passion and vision of leadership.

The origin

Over the years, I developed the HIGHs & LOWs method out of personal necessity. Though I aspired to be a great manager, it was often challenging to meet that goal. During busy periods, I yearned for effective daily practices that were easy to implement. I needed a simple, fun, and efficient tool for team management, which led to the creation of the HIGHs & LOWs method.

This approach has empowered me to embrace comfort, connection, and fulfillment in my leadership role while nurturing happier teams. The HIGHs & LOWs method reminds us that perfection is not the aim; instead, it inspires us to create work environments where vulnerability is the new normal and workdays are brighter.

My passions

Reading and writing have been my greatest passions for as long as I can remember. For years, I kept my writing private, constantly striving for perfection and keeping my work to myself. Now, I’ve boldly decided to share my writing, letting go of expectations and embracing the importance of action. Taking steps toward our goals is far more valuable than chasing unattainable perfection.
